1. Where can I see the products?
You can browse through the albums at our Facebook page and choose from an array of fashion items.


2. How do I order?
Once you've finalized your chosen item/s, fill up our Order Form and kindly complete the required details.

***IMPORTANT NOTES***
  • Orders without an accomplished Order Form will not be accommodated.
  • Cancellation / changing of order is not allowed once Order Form has been submitted.
  • There is a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy unless items are misrepresented.


3. How do I know if you've received my order?
After submitting your order form, we will send you a confirmation through SMS including the payment details (total amount, bank account details, etc.) within 1 - 2 days.


4. How do I pay?
We accept bank deposits through BDO and BPI.

***IMPORTANT NOTES***
  • An additional charge of P50 shall be applied for deliveries within Metro Manila. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, you will be informed on the shipping rates since this depends on the location.
  • Kindly settle payment within 2 days after we've sent you the confirmation, otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
  • Keep a copy of the deposit slip and inform us of your payment via SMS (include your name, bank branch and amount). We will notify you once we've received your payment and will then proceed with delivery of your order. We will also send you the tracking number of your package through SMS.


5. When will I receive my purchase?
For Metro Manila, delivery would usually take 1-2 days.
For provincial areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao,delivery would take 2-3 days. Maximum of 4-5 days depending on weather conditions / holiday schedule.
